Lawrence-Stephenson House

The railing atop the front porch still needs to be replaced and a few touch ups to the outside paint job are needed, but for the most part, the Lawrence-Stephenson House outside improvements are finished.  There’s still a debate about shutters and landscaping in the front yard but that’s a matter of time, budget and labor resources.

The house now has three full time tenants: Olde Town Covington; Michelle Menefee, Speech Pathologist; and Michael Armstrong, Independent Health Insurance Agent.  Jared Jenkins, Esq., is an attorney and counselor with an office in the Carriage House.  The picture on the left is of  Michelle’s office.
